Homeschool Coaching

No matter what stage of homeschooling you're in, you might feel like you need more intensive help. Whether you're just beginning, have encountered unexpected circumstances, are planning for upper grades, or just need that extra boost of confidence, this in-depth course may be for you. Watch for details coming soon!
What I Do: Colorado    
  • Get to know you and your children, including discussing teaching and learning styles. (Your children do not need to be present.)
  • Look at (evaluate) work samples and/OR parent descriptions of what each child has been learning, via email (or video chat if you prefer). My goal is simply to verify they are making progress at their own level, and are ready to move on. Please provide just enough work samples/descriptions each for math and language arts to show the student’s progress over the past school year. Complete portfolios or notebooks are welcome, in addition to anything else that you feel would help convey your child’s achievements. (This is extremely flexible. Let me know if you have questions. Click here  for ideas.) ​My approach is thorough, yet not intimidating or overwhelming for your child!
  • Provide evaluation form for your records in PDF format that complies with Colorado state law, which you may turn in to your school district or independent/umbrella school. 
  • Provide consultations for general homeschool questions, advice about dual enrollment, guidance for high school transcript creation, etc.
What I Do: Florida

Complete portfolios or notebooks are welcome, in addition to anything else that you feel would help convey your child’s achievements.   • Chat with your child briefly to discuss their learning, via phone call (on speaker) or Zoom. My goal is to cheer them on; this is not a test! My approach is thorough, yet not intimidating or overwhelming for your child! 
  • Provide evaluation form for your records in PDF format that complies with Florida state law, which you may turn in to your school district or independent/umbrella school. 
  • Provide consultations for general homeschool questions, advice about dual enrollment, guidance for high school transcript creation, etc.

  • Online Evaluation Rates:
    • ​1st child                      $45
    • Additional children    $35 each (same visit)
  • General Consultation Rate: $45/hour, via phone or video chat.  (Note: Consultations are already included with all Evaluations.)
  • Homeschool Coaching Course: Coming soon!
  • Payment due prior to your receipt of the Evaluation PDF, or at the end of other consultations (I take PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash, or Zelle). Homeschool Coaching course details coming soon.
